Privacy Policy
What Praise Homecare Inc collects when you use this website, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to make us stop.

What we collect
Praise Homecare Inc, referred to below as Praise Homecare, we or us, operates this website. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the records we keep about clients we already serve, which are governed by our client agreements and by state licensing rules.
What you type in. Our assessment request form asks for a name and a phone number. It also offers a choice of when it suits you to be called, which you can leave blank. We record whether you ticked the optional text-message consent box, including when you did not, so that we have a clear record either way. When you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us in that call or that message.
What the form records about your visit. When you submit the form it also sends the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, where you arrived from, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. That is so we know how families find us. It is held in your browser for the length of your visit and is sent only if you actually submit.
Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages people read and which of our phone links they tap. It records the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, the kind of device and browser you use, and how you arrived. It does not receive your name, your phone number or anything you type into the form. You can opt out of it entirely with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
What we do not run. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no remarketing tag on any page. There is no Meta pixel. We do not build advertising audiences from this website.
What we use it for
- Answering your question and arranging a free assessment.
- Confirming visits and telling you about changes to them.
- Reviewing caregiver job applications.
- Meeting the recordkeeping obligations that come with a North Carolina home care license.
We do not use what you give us to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, we may text you about your inquiry, your assessment, and updates about care. Ticking the box is optional and is never required to submit the form or to receive care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop. Reply HELP for help, or call us on the number below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Other companies whose software runs here
Four companies receive information when you use this site, because their software runs on the pages. Each of them can see your IP address and which page you are on.
Google provides the analytics described above, which run on every page.
LeadConnector provides the chat bubble, which loads on every page, and receives everything submitted through our form. When you send a form or a chat message, LeadConnector receives what you wrote along with your IP address and the page you were on. It is the client management software the business runs on.
The booking calendar on our contact page is an embedded scheduler. Opening the contact page loads it, and it receives your IP address whether or not you book a time.
JotForm hosts the caregiver application on our careers page. Opening that page loads the form, and JotForm receives your IP address whether or not you apply. If you complete the application, everything you type goes to JotForm and from there to us. This website never receives or stores those answers.
Everything else on this website, including our typefaces and photographs, is served from our own site rather than from anybody else's.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets one, which holds a random identifier so that two visits from the same browser are counted as one person rather than two. The chat widget and the booking calendar store items in your browser and set cookies on their own domains, including a visitor identifier and a record of the pages you have seen. You can remove all of it by clearing cookies and site data for this website in your browser settings. Doing that does not cancel anything you have arranged with us and does not delete anything you have already sent.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers named above, and with others who help us run the business, only to the extent they need it to do that job. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of a client, a caregiver or the public.
Information about care needs
Anything you tell us about your parent's situation is treated as confidential and handled in line with the federal and North Carolina requirements that apply to us. Please do not send detailed health information through the chat widget or the website form. Call us instead.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that come with our license. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law or that license requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your information, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email main@praisehomecareinc.com or call (877) 652-2907 and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from anybody under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.
