Terms of Service
The terms that apply to this website and to text messages from Praise Homecare Inc. Care itself is governed by the agreement you sign before it starts, not by this page.

Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Praise Homecare Inc, a North Carolina company based at 2403 Wooten Blvd. Suite E-2, Wilson, NC 27893. Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not, please just call us instead on (877) 652-2907.
What this website is, and is not
This site describes services and answers common questions. It is general information. It is not advice from a doctor or a nurse, and it is not a substitute for speaking to one. If somebody is in danger or needs urgent help, call 911.
Nothing here is an offer or a promise of service. Whether we can serve a particular household depends on the assessment, on where you are, and on caregiver availability at the time. Prices are not published because they depend on the hours and the tasks, and any figure discussed before an assessment is an estimate rather than a quote.
What we are licensed to do
Praise Homecare Inc is licensed by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation under license number HC7440, for in-home aide services and for companion, sitter and respite care. That license is for non-medical home care.
We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not carry out any task that requires a licensed health professional. We do not administer medication: medication support means reminders only. Where a licensed health professional is already involved, we work around them.
Text messages
Messages come from Praise Homecare Inc. You will only receive them if you gave us a mobile number and ticked the consent box, and that box is never required to submit a form or to receive care.
- Message types: replies to your inquiry, assessment scheduling and reminders, and updates about care.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle the number itself is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Using the forms and the chat
Give us information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. If you are enquiring on behalf of a parent or another adult, please make sure they are content for you to do that.
The form and the chat are not monitored as an emergency channel. They reach a person quickly during the day and are read at other times, but if something is urgent, phone us. Please do not send detailed health information, financial details or identification numbers through either one.
The caregiver application
The application on our careers page is hosted by JotForm and submitting it means you accept how that is described in our Privacy Policy. Applying is not an offer of employment, and any offer that follows depends on a background check and on the training and registry requirements North Carolina sets for this work.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Praise Homecare Inc or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, print it, and share a link to it. Please do not republish it as your own or use our name and logo to represent another business.
Links to other organisations
We link to state agencies, county programs and non-profits because families ask us who else to call. We do not control those organisations and we are not responsible for what they do or for what their websites say. Naming one is not an endorsement, and several of them are not competitors of ours at all.
Limits
We keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors, or that it is available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, Praise Homecare Inc is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed service agreement, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
